I contacted Iron Bridge at the start of 2019 showing interest in renting out our property towards the end of the year. Regardless of them not been able to get us to sign anything for nearly a year, they were very fast and friendly, came out and did a valuation on the property.

In the last Quarter of the year I then was able to call them up again in which time Monique, the Business Development Manager, was able to pick up exactly where we let off. Within a fortnight we had all the documents signed and were already live with advertising. To date Monique has been very fast in responding to emails and keeping me up to date. They managed to find us Tenant’s and at a price we didn’t think we would get.
