We would recommend Debbie to manage a rental property for you, she was very efficient and respectful in all aspects of managing our property. We had the feeling that Debbie saw our property as her home and made sure our tenants treated it with respect that it deserved. She didn’t hesitate in telling the tenants to clean and sort out areas of concern that weren’t up to her high standard. If she said she was going to do something it would be done. Her inspections and reporting were detailed and easily read along with photos of areas she was telling us about.
The team alongside Debbie at Iron Bridge have a group trades people to do any repair work that was required at a very fair hourly rate.

Nick – too easy. I literally didn’t have to do a thing. He sold the house before it even went on the market. He cared, he was honest had he was so easy to deal with.
Between the two of them, Debbie and Nick have literally made the start of 2021 the best yet. I’m so grateful to both of them.
