It’s been a very long and eventful 14 years and I have appreciated all the advice and help Adam and Brent have offered and given. I couldn’t have asked for more.


I purchased two investment properties with Iron Bridge via the Auckland team (Adam Smith) in 2008 and Iron Bridge has supported and advised me many times over the years. I have always had tenants in both properties which were managed professionally in all aspects. I have recently sold both properties and have realised my original projections for my investments.  Their sales teams were very supportive, caring and professional. Neither sales were straightforward but nothing was ever a problem.
