Pip has been an integral part of the Iron Bridge family since the company’s inception in 2003. She embarked on her journey as our dedicated receptionist in Christchurch, and over the years, her remarkable talents and commitment have led to her thriving in her current role as Branch Manager at our Christchurch Sales Branch

In her role as Branch Manager, Pip plays a pivotal role in the growth of our Christchurch sales team, providing them with the training, mentorship and support needed to deliver exceptional service and results  to our clients.

Pip possesses an unmatched drive and a ‘can-do’ attitude. She navigates her busy days with decisiveness, determination and leadership setting an inspiring example for the entire team.

Pip’s hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed. In 2014, and was recognised as ‘Sales Secretary of the Year’ at the Australasian Real Estate Awards, a testament to her outstanding contributions and expertise. Furthermore, Pip’s consistency and excellence in her role have earned her finalist status in the same category in 2021, 2015, and 2013.

Pip’s passion extends beyond the workplace. When she’s not busy at the office, she dedicates her time to staying physically active and enjoys maintaining her fitness. Additionally, her commitment to her family is evident as she enjoys every moment spent with them.
