We contact purchasers who have already been in touch with our agency. We get in excess of 200 enquiries each month and record every one. We visit other homes in the area and deliver heart buyer cards, looking for buyers who will pay the "heart" price.
HOME FINDERS CLUB
All enquiry is centralised and those that wish to go onto an email "Hot List" for advance notice of new listings. You can sign up under the Home Finders Club under the Buying tab on our website. Hit www.ironbridge.co.nz first, our policy is to only list on our website for the first 7 - 10 days and contact our 3000+ Home Finders Club Members.
HIGH LEVEL OF NEGOTIATION SKILLS
We will get you the highest price a qualified buyer will pay, ask us to prove it!!
We never talk the price down, we only quote your Asking Price. Purchasers will never know your personal details and why you are selling.
ONLY QUALIFIED BUYERS WILL INSPECT
We discourage open homes, as they are not safe for you and they encourage the wrong type of enquiry. Interested buyers, who can afford to buy, are taken through the property by the salesperson at an appointed time.

When someone goes through your home, do you wish to know their comments? Yes! So we will tell you.
WEEKLY WRITTEN REPORT
Contains details of all buyer inspections. This will be posted or emailed to you each week so you are kept fully informed on progress.
TEXTING NOTIFICATION OF OFFERS
When an offer comes to paper all our salespeople are notified by text message to their mobiles, with a minimum of 2 hours notice.
