We’re very proud to announce another win at the prestigious Australasian Real Estate Awards, last week in Sydney. Pip Rowbotham took home the Sales Secretary of the Year award, up against other finalists from across Australia and New Zealand.
Pip has worked for Iron Bridge for more than 10 years, and fulfils the role of Sales Secretary for our Christchurch and Auckland offices, supporting the sales team with admin and marketing assistance. She has been a finalist for this particular award previously.
Our Auckland Sales Assistant Kirsty Whiting was also a finalist at the awards. It was her first year nominated for the Sales Supporter of the Year award, so making it onto the finalists list was a fantastic achievement.
“We’re really proud of these two,” says Iron Bridge Principal, Adam Smith. “They’ve really proved themselves in their day-to-day work supporting our sales team, and we’re glad to see that the standard they set is getting recognised at a higher level – very proud to have them part of the growing Iron Bridge team.”
In 2012 Iron Bridge took home two awards from the Australasian Real Estate Awards – Most Improved Sales Person and Most Improved Office. The awards are run by the Pittard Training Group, who offer leadership and management training, and support to independent real estate offices across Australasia. There are over 150 real estate offices in New Zealand and Australia eligible for these awards.
“It’s great to continue the success,” Adam says. “It’s a real testament to the work that’s been put in by the Iron Bridge team at every level, from property management, to marketing, to property investment and sales teams. We have a real strategy and difference to the way we conduct our real estate business, and the hard work is getting that recognised in our local neighbourhoods as well as at international awards.”
