Paul and his team at Iron Bridge first approached us from when we had our property advertised privately and then consistently and politely kept in touch.
When we were ready to take our property back to the market we invited Paul to discuss his recommendations. The Iron Bridge approach was refreshing and didn't carry any risk as we didn't have any up front costs and didn't have to pay for our marketing. We also had a tenant in place and felt Paul's recommendations around that would work best. Paul quickly developed good rapport with the tenant which allowed him and the team to bring through the qualified buyers at a time that suited everyone.
The sale was likely not one of Paul's easiest. We had 2 good offers early on and after accepting one, it unfortunately fell over. Paul quickly took action around what was needed to rectify the perceived issues and we were back on track looking for another buyer. Paul never gave up and kept going until he found another buyer and again negotiated a great price. A similar property to ours in the same complex sold days apart from us and Paul negotiated an extra $37,100 than the other agent. We put this down to Paul's commitment in getting the best outcome and excellent negotiation skills.
Right through until settlement Paul and his team were diligent in making sure it all went smoothly - and it did!
