My family and I have recently relocated to Christchurch from America and found ourselves looking for a rental home before we eventually buy a property. During this time I dealt with a few other agencies however their customer service skills had been lost over time, in one instance I was left waiting for the agent for over 30 minutes with no contact even when I called the agencies office. This was when I was very pleased to deal with Monique Inglis and Vicky Massetti who recognise the value of every customer.
After enquirying on the property I was then contacted by Monique very promptly and a viewing time was set up within the hour! Monique answered every question we had about the property, allowed us ample time to view and patiently waited for us to complete the application on site. After our application was accepted we were then contacted by Vicky and an appointment was set up for the following day, Vicky was extremely professional and efficient.
After so many disappointing customer service experiences with other agents, it's important to recognise sales professionals such as Monique and Vicky who have converted me from a home renter to a future Iron Bridge buyer. I will not work with another agency when its time to purchase our own home and I will share this satisfying customer experience with whoever will listen!
