Dear Brent, I am writing to inform you of the very positive experience I received from Iron Bridge, when looking for a rental property at the beginning of last month. After owning my own home of approximately thirty years, looking at rental properties and dealing with property managers was a new and at times quite daunting. I only had two weeks from the time of sale of my property and handover date to find a home for myself, my eighty year old mother and my daughter. I originally dealt with, a real estate company,(not disclosed herein) who sold my home and another Property Management company (not disclosed herein). I found both these companies to be lacking in customer service. They both send us to properties that were entirely wrong for us, and seemed unconcerned about the fact that we would be homeless in what came down to five days! We found Iron Bridge and Sue Wallis one week before handover; Sue took us to see the property we are now renting on her day off on a Sunday. She then did all the paperwork on the Monday, also her day off. We are so impressed with Sue and with the extra miles she put into seeing that we ended up in exactly the property we needed.
